I'm a nutrition coach with a background in the fine dining world, and I believe that healthy eating should feel satisfying, enjoyable, and even a little indulgent.


Before I became a nutrition coach, I trained and worked as a professional chef in five-star hotels, 3 AA rosette restaurants and high-end private kitchens across Europe. Along the way, I developed a love for turning simple ingredients into meals that truly nourish and taste amazing. That experience now shapes how I help people feel better through food.

Eating well doesn’t mean giving up flavour or pleasure.
